RANPOSKI
Designer Ranposki represents an intriguing blend of fantasy and reality.
Ranposki was born in London but his creative spirit comes from his parents, each with their own specific interest and outlooks: his father was a pilot for the Air Force, an influence that led Ranposki to study the mathematic discipline of mechanical engineering; while his mother wrote detective novels, introducing Ranposki to mystery, fantasy, and imagination. His mother also took him on trips across the globe, on which he absorbed all kinds of experiences that have stayed with him to this day.
A self-taught fashion designer, Ranposki brings these contrasting influences together in his work. He founded his label in 2008 and has since produced work with a similarly contrasting character, re-appropriating vintage military clothing and bags, while also reworking antique leather into charms and accessories.
