In 2008, we opened our first stall at one of London’s most famous market-The Sunday Up Market. Our philosophy is simple-we cook with our heart and passion. We use the fresh halal chicken breast for all of our chicken dishes, and all of our ingredients and vegetables are bought fresh from the market and used on the day. We are aiming to bring to people the authentic Chinese cuisine with a little western twist. Our “Kung Pao Chicken” has been the best selling dish all year long. We have received lots of positive feedbacks from our customers, and we are also awarded “The Best Street Food” by the Time Out Magazine.
